My Story

My name is Beyice (pronounced Bay Jeh), and I’m based in Andover, Hampshire.

My journey into hairdressing started with my own hair. Naturally wavy and frizzy, I always found it difficult to manage. It often felt like hard work, and I struggled to get my hair looking the way I wanted. With a busy lifestyle, I didn’t have the time to style it every day, and over time, it started to affect my confidence.

I wanted something simple hair that was easier to manage, smoother and full of shine, without having to spend hours styling it.

When I discovered smoothing & straightening treatments, I saw first hand what a difference they could make. Not only did my hair become easier to manage, but I also felt so much better about it. That experience inspired me to help others who struggle with the same things I did.

And that’s how Güzel Hair began. Güzel means beautiful in Turkish, and it felt like the perfect name for my business. My aim is to help every client achieve hair they love and feel confident with, without the daily struggle of managing it.
